Multiple emails beings sent to same person

I see where another subscriber has the same problem that I now have:

outlook express 6 attachment problem
Whenever I send an email with attachment the receiver gets multiple copies,sometimes up to 67 of them.
I have no problem sending just an email or receiving emails with attachments, only sending or forwarding them.
Does any body know what the problem could be or have any suggestions?
