surround sound speakers not synchronized with TV picture
New surround speakers are not synchronized with television picture. What did we do wrong?

Define, "Not synchronized with picture?"

Is the lip sync off? Are the speakers on the the left side outputting sound when the screen image indicates that the sound should be on the right side?

Be sure that the Audio and Video are from the same source, I have 4 satellite receivers, 1 has a Delay of maybe 1-2 seconds.
