I lost my instructions as well. Check the back of the timer.... At the bottom it says that C is for clock set, P is for program start time, and E is for program end time.... This should help. Don't forget that the small light at the bottom of the screen is for PM...Good Luck!

I have the same timer. Just call 1-800-561-4321 and they can help you program it.

Read the fine print listed on the back of the timer!
1. Plug in timer
2. A "C" means push the upper button until your current time is displayed to the nearest hour. Note PM has a dot
3. Hit bottom mode button and repeat procedure to set timer's start time
4. Hit bottom mode button again and set timer's end time.
You're done
