| There are a couple different ways to do it, but this would be the most common:
You need to have the cable line (that comes frmo the cable company) go into the digital cable box first, before it goes through a VCR or anything else. Then there shuold be an output on the digital cable box, connect a line to that, and then to the input on the DVD recorder. Then go from OUT on the DVD recorder to IN on the VCR. Out on VCR to IN on the TV.
This will work if they all have coax (regular old cable wire) jacks on them. Put the TV on channel 3 or 4 to see the DVD recorder and VCR. Put the VCR on 3 or 4 to record from the DVD recorder. You shuold be able to record from the digital cable box then. |
