dvd player not working

my dvd player is not working, its making me real mad

but when i put in a dvd, i get the message "WRONG DISC"

i tried turning it off, that dont work, i tried a whole lot of different dvds, they all dont work

i even tried to put in a dvd cleaner and it wont even do anything with that

i still get the same message

"WRONG DISC"

help me someone, please.

i hate watching movies on my computer.

If you have access to the LENS,(it reads the disc) and wipe with dry Q-Tip. has helped many times.
