car audio

I've got a 1000watt pyramid ampwith two 12" sub woofers and when i cut my bass on high the speakers breath in and out when there not supposed to and when you turn the volume all the way down the speakers breath in and out and make a buzzing sound. How can I fix this problem. PLEASE HELP!!!!
