32 inch Panasonic TV won't turn on

How easy is it to remove the back off of a 32 inch Panasonic TV and replace the fuse?Model # CT-32SX12CP

not hard remove all screws and the ones in the middle and un plug tv then replace fuse
if fuse is not blown it could be in the start up hot or flybakc or vertical chip in some

Unplug the tv Then take all the screws out fo the back and the middle of the tv were the rca jacks are . After replace with right fuse never bigger . then if set does nto turn on you havea pwoersupply problem .
