| Many domes or globes are held with small set screws from the side of the holding ring but not all. If there are no screws try pushing up slightly on the globe and give it a counterclockwise twist about a 1/4". |

| Not sure why this would qualify for an oddball question, it happens a lot to folks who never changes the bulbs before. However it is a duplicate post and I already answered it on the other post. |

| I got what he was getting at, but what ever happened to writing in coherent sentences????
Such as: "How do I remove the globe from an Acme Type 123 ceiling fan?"
We are dumbing ourselves down in this country that we accept gibberish just because it is written on the internet.
If someone wrote this in a letter and mailed it to someone it would lily get tossed in the round file. |
