| | | Ceiling fan motor noise We just installed a Hunter ceiling fan with a separate remote. All seems to work fine, but there is a motor noise. Is there any way to stop this? | | | | | | |

| Check for loose parts ... physical support ... does the fan hold steady ? |

| Does the motor noise occur when the light is on only or does it occur with the light off as well? |

| Do you have a fan control, if so, fan should be set to high, less expensive are louder than the more expensive, usually?. |

| Did you install the rubber grommits between the mounting bracket and the ceiling, when you installed the fan? Most Hunter fans will hum if you dont use these. |

| I actually had that problem and it was cured by a thourough cleaning of everything. |
