    Is there a how to assemble reference on the well tec e116997 ceiling fan swithch?

    I have this switch in my hands. I Plan to replace it. What do you need to know before I pull it out? On the backside, there are labels for each wire. L is the black wire that comes from the connector, probably carries the power. The other three, labeled 1,2,3 connect to the capacitor assembly which represents the three speeds. Grey, 1 is the common. 2 is brown, 3 is green.

    Now I need to find a local electronic place for this $2 part.
