Torque Specs for Installing 400A Lugs in Meter Main

In reading through some of the posts I see various mentions of making sure to properly torque the set screws for the lugs on the main breakers and other items. My question is, how do you know the proper torque specs and or where are they obtained?

I have a Milbank M400-APS Meter Main with two 200A breakers (UQFBH-200). I looked through everything I received and can't find any instructions or manual that came with either the Meter Main or the breakers.

Would someone know what the proper torque specs are (or where to find them) for tightening the main lugs from the overhead feed or the main posts on the 200A breakers?

I always find the torquing specs listed on labels affixed to each product.

Thanks guys. After hunting around a little I did find the lable with the tq specs.
