Test for ground fault breaker not working
Test button will not set off breaker for spa, wired from inside house 50amp double pole red black to hot, white to neutral, and ground to ground. Ran to out side gfci breaker box, screws in the box hot to hot black, and red, ground to ground and neutral to the neutral screws. Then from gfci breaker, red, black load, white neutral, and ground to ground to the hot tub, the hot tub was marked red, black, white, green. Can you tell me why my gfci is not working with the test. I am not using, but it is still running
    Thanks
    Doug.

Look at this diagram carefully, if yours is wired properly, then the GFI is defective.
