Solar post cap lights
My solar post cap lights will light up with a fully charged battery, but will not shut off until battery is drained. The light that is supposed to shut them off, doesn't. The switch is on, but something inside will not turn them off when it gets daylight. What can I do?

Some of my solar lights do not come on at night. I have to take the rechargeable batteries out And recharge them. Then they work for awhile. I wonder why the solar lights are not charging the batteries? Is it the batteries, or the solar plate, or maybe not facing the sun's azimuth?
