    Electrical load for 7 room, 2200 sq.ft apt including 50 amps for air conditioning
    Hi, I am negotiating a lease with landlord. Ineed to know approximately how big a electrical services to ask for.8 rooms, 3 bathrooms 2200sq.ft.
    Requirements include 1 washer dryer,1dishwasher, 1 microwave,1 large refrigerator,1 toaster oven,I coffee maker,
    7 ac window units about 50 amps total! 4 personal computers, average lighting,4 plasma tvs,

    More likely 200 Amps.

    I don't get it. Is this place being built for you to rent?
    The only time I have heard of this type of thing is a commercial space.

    When I reread, I was thinking 320, with 7 rooms, each can split the cost.
    It was a quick guess, and may still be OK.
