Can I run 2- 2/0s & 1- 1/0 on poles to feed a 200 amp load center?

Assuming aluminumn aerial conductors ,yes, #2/0 for the two hots and #1/0 for the neutral. Be sure the insulation is rated to be in wet locations and is sunlight resistant. What distance will these lines be running? Need to consider voltage drop, and may need to use larger wire.
