Outdoor outlets not working. HELP!!!!

Hello,
Here's my dilemma: I have 3 ooutdoor outlets along the back of my property. As far as I know all have worked up until this morning. There was a terrible storm yesterday where flooding, high wind and long periods of down pours were present; now none of the electrical outlets are working. I have a koi pond filter pugged in and without that outlet working neither will the filter (obviously). I am curious what I can do to find out whats causing this outage; or should I just call an electrician?
NOTE: I have full power in my shed- lights and outlets all work and have checked my panel and nothing seems to have been tripped.

There most likely is a GFI devic someplace, can be anyone of the outlets, may be an outlet in the basement, at the panel, or even a bathroom. Or can be a GFI circuit breaker.

A GFI outlet has a test button and a reset button, a breaker usually has a large colored test button.

If water got into any of the outlets, the outlet is defective and should be changed.
