Locating a replacement globe for an Aero ceiling fan

I purchased an Aero 52" contemporay ceiling fan 6 years ago from JCpenney. I broke the globe when replacing the halogen light bulb. Where can I purchase a new globe? The diameter of the base of the globe is 9 3/4" and it screws and locks into the fan base. Your assistance will be appreciated. Thank you!
Norm

May I suggest you go to Lowes or Home Depot and look for a replacement there? It may not be the exact globe that broke but you probably can find one very similar. If not there, try a local light fixture store (if you live in a bigger city) and they should have a similar type globe for you there.

Who makes the fan? JCPenney had their own brands, they also had Hunter, Casablanca, Moss, and many other brands
