Light on ceiling fan not working
My Hampton Bay ceiling fan remote light is not working. It does appear the light is burned out but after replacing it , it still does not go on. Can it be the Ballast that is bad? The remote makes the fan work but not the light.

Does the LED on the remote light when you attempt to control the light?

It's possible the receiver shorted when the bulb went bad and you may need to order a replacement.
