Hunter remote not working

Hunter ceiling fan.its a round receiver under lite kit . Model cp-911or ser.218109. Alls will do is make motor humming noise no movement or lites. New battery. Checked continuity all pins are hot when wall switch is on.

If it has pull chains, check their operation, and check bulb.
If the motor is humming, receiver may be ok, capacitor may be the problem.

The humming noise means the problem is in the receiver, not the remote. Contact Hunter Fan - Ceiling Fans, Air Purifiers, Humidifiers, Thermostats for replacement parts.
