How do I install a wireless wall control for a ceiling fan?

Is there such thing as a three pole ceiling fan wireless remote with lamp (light)

I have a ceiling fan with light. My remote control recently blew up and I'm wondering whether I can install a wall controller instead? The current wall switch is a standard one with 3 wires - I'm assuming Earth, Hot, and Neutral. The wires coming out of the ceiling also has the same 3 wires.

I've installed a ceiling fan in a hall location where there were two lights, placed the fan and light combo at one of the existing locations. But there are two independent light switches now I can't use the fan and or lights sepertly, I have light and fan on or off and not independent

Yesterday morning we experienced a brown out due to the electrical company working on transformers. My 2 Hampton Bay remote control ceiling fans do not work now. Both remotes have new batteries. Can some one tell me what else I need to check?
