I have a 75 w 12v transformer what lamps should i use?

I iahe 12 v transformer which have two black and two red colours and I don't no how to connet it.

How to replace a left front parking lamp on a 2006 BMW 750I? Is there anything else I need to replace with this?

My touch lamps come on when there is no one around. The bedroom lights come on in the middle of the night. Thought it might be the plugs but switching them didn't help either. Can this be a safety hazzard? And what can I do to stop it?
