harbor breeze fan company

Ceiling fan was turned off with wall switch. Fan or fan lights will not turn back on using either remote or device switches. CB's checked, recycled and are OK. Power from wall switch ckd and OK. Remote Battery OK. Fan blades rotate freely without and noise. What do I check next to restore operation?

When you say power from the switch is good...does this mean you have power at the fan with switch on...its also possible that chain pulls has the power cut off to the fan and light..

I believe this to be a Harbor breeze fan, I can not get it to ballance, we just moved into a new condo. I have tried it all and as a last resort removed the blades and weighed them. 4 blades weigh around 9.3 oz each, the fifth blade comes in at 12.7 oz the tag and number on the blade, which I believe to be the part number is YG288. First couild this be the ballance problem? Second is this your machine with that part number? and lastly, what can we do about it? Thank youi Len Jusko woodchips843@charter.net

dialwat, you need to open the canopy and confirm power reaching the input side of the receiver.

Len, this is not a blog, you should post your question as a new separate question. You need to replace all five blades with 5 identical replacement blades.
