Harbor Breeze Ceiling Fan Replacement Globe

I have a Harbor Breeze 52" Tebron Garden Ceiling Fan (2 actually). It was the only outdoor model I could find at Lowes. I am not thrilled with it in general but when you pull the chain to change the fan speed or light setting it shakes the entire fan. A globe fell off the other night and shattered. Lowes does not carry replacement globes and I cannot seem to find a source to replace this part.

Can you tell me where to get replacement parts, specifically the globe for the light?

Thanks

You would need to contact Harbor Breeze to get the globe. Since you are not satisfied with the fan, I say return it. There are plenty of other outdoor models available at other stores and online.

The company to call is Lytex Industries. The number is 800-527-1292. This is the number that is listed in your papers when you bought the product. I ordered a replacement globe today. They said it would be 10 days to get here.

I just had this happen as well and was able to find out how to order one.

The Lowes hotline # is 800-444-6742 and it was only $8

You will need the model 3 when you call

I just bought one of these today for our sun room. It was on clearance at Lowes for $49.99. May I ask what you did not like about this fan? What causes the glob to fall...sounds dangerous...should I talke it back?

Make sure the globe is on tight and the fan does not shake too much.
