hampton bay light kit for ceiling fan missing directions

i need a copy of directions that i inadvertantly have lost in order to hook up light kit to flush mount hampton bay ceiling fan.

Black and white of light kit connect to Blue and white. Most models
Top of fan wires Black is fan, and Black/white or blue is light.
