Hampton Basy Ceiling Fan (San Marco model)

the chain switch broke on my HaMpton Bay fan. I can't seem to find a replacement part. The switch has four leads (blue, black, white and yellow wires). The electrical parts store only carries 3 leads. How can I order a new part?
