    I need to ground a 400 a double meter base and two disconnects
    [im not sure how to get the metet base the two disconnects and one 200 a panel grounded do u run a ground wire into the meter base ? Then use a double lug and come out to each disconnect or what

    Review the photo, get back with any other questions you may have.

    The wiring is not perfect, but shows enough to answer your question.

    Can any electricians see any issues with this photo?

    The green ground isn't right. It's not protected.

    Not sure if the hubs are the correct ones either.

    We do not ground meter pans.
    In the case of the OP we would only ground the two disconnects. The panel would get it's equipment ground via the required 4-wire feeder and the neutral would not get bonded.

    I don't know of anywhere that requires a GEC in a meter pan any more.
