Electric outlets outside my home went dead.

2 wall outlets suddenly don't work. Ok yesterday, not today. I run tv, vcr & dvd through a surge protector. To get them working I use an extension from across the room as a temp solution. No power on either outlet. Checked circuit breakers. Re-set still nothing. Removed cover from breaker...

Recently discovered the refrigerator/freezer lights off after using an electric tea maker plugged into the outlet three feet above the one where the fridge is plugged in. I have replaced the breaker and all three outlets in the the circuit, and still no outlets work. What could be up here?
