Electric Baseboard Heater wiring trouble

I don't know if anyone is able to help me with this information. I have 2 baseboard electric heaters, which are controlled by the same 240 switch down in the basement. I have 2 RLV430 Honeywell programmable thermostats

I have 1 thermostat in a bathroom that is working properly and 1 thermostat in a bedroom that is not working properly (the heat is always heating up).

Bathroom-thermostat working properly it has 6 wires - 3 white connected together, 2 black and 1 thermostat wire connected together, and 1 black and 1 thermostat wire connected together, and copper and green wire connected together for grounding.

Bedroom-thermostat not working it has 4 wires – 2 white connected together, 1 black connect to the thermostat wire, 1 black connected to the other thermostat wire, 2 copper grounded wires connected.

What do I need to do the get the Bedroom thermostat to not be heating up all the time? If I do not turn the power off in the basement it will keep heating yesterday is was at 85 and keep going?
