I have an air compressor rated 230/460. I only have available 3phase 4 wire 120/208. Can I use a 2 pole breaker and get 208, and then use a boost transformer to reach 230, or will the compressor operate effeceintly enough with 208 using the 5% rule for operating voltages?

What boost transformer would I need to boost from 120/208 three phase ,to get an AC unit to work that uses 240v at 26 amps

I have a box with 3 wires coming in, 1 Grnd, 1 120vac, & 1 208 vac (240 vac across the 2) I need to change the plug to a residential plug for a dryer (3 wire - 1 Nutrl, 2 120 vac (240 across the 2). How do I do this? Is it even possible?

Can I use a junction box to splice my feeder wires. I would like to see if code allow that. And if the code says I can not do that what are my options beside running a new set of wires. Can you please help? Thank you.
