I have an old Sears radial arm saw that I changed to run on 220V from 110V some time ago. I am now in a situation where I don't have easy access to 220V and need to change it back to 110V, but I can't find my manual.

I see where the wires connect to the switch, but I don't see where I can move one of them (the white one) to another lead.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Most dual voltage motors I work on have a mini diagram under the panel of the motor that explain what wires need to be connected, which to wirenut together, etc.

If you know what kind of motor it is, maybe you can have the manufactuer fax you the diagram.

You don't change the voltage at the switch, but at the box where the power cord goes in. If you are lucky, as Andrew suggested, there is a diagram in it.

Thanks Andy, you were exactly right. The diagram was under the panel of the moter. It was simply a mater of taking off the panel and moving two wires.
