Changing meter main to sub-panel

I'm installing a 200 amp dual meter main. Can the old 100 amp meter main be turned into a sub-panel?

Yes, by using a 4 wire feeder from a 100 amp breaker at the meter, and separate the neutral and equipment ground at the panel.
