| Ceiling Fan Wiring (Pink, 2 Blacks and 2 whites)
Hello I am trying to replace an old ceiling fan, how ever my husband took it down and did not not how the wiring was connected. I do know that the light on the old fan was controlled by the switch and the fan the pull string.
The new fan is a remote one so I am trying to figure out what to connect to the fans black and white. Anyone who could help would be great!!
As a side note, when my husband disconnected it and we tried it we discovered that since we disconnected those wires one outlet in the room no longer works...could something we did mess this up?
