    Ceiling fan troubleshooting
The lights on my ceiling fan automatically cycle through rapid flashing to on, then dimming to off, repeat cycle over and over... The remote is transmitting and the fan motor is OK.

    B's question is good.

If you say the remote operates as normal, it is probably the receiver.

First try changing the frequency of the fan and remote.

What do you mean the fan motor is OK?
