Ceiling fan switch and 3way capacitor
I have a problem with a capacitor for a ceiling fan and I can't locate the part anywhere. Unfortunately I can't find the manufacturer's name on the ceiling fan anywhere either. This has been suggested by numerous electrical supply stores.

The capacitor has five wires that connect between the pull switch and the fan.
The first set of number is 4uF 280VAC RED,
    Second is 5uF 250VAC BROWN,
And the third is 5uF 250VAC PURPLE.

The part number is CBB6-1 and it states 50/60Hz MAX TEMP 70*C.
