Can I upgrade my panel to 200amp from 100amp

My utility company feeders are 1/0 aluminum... can I upgrade from 100amp panel to 200 amp panel with the existing feeders or do I need to call them?

If it is their wiring and in the Air, You may be OK.
I would call them or a local Electrician.

In any case, any service change or upgrade, the local utility must be consulted, along with the local electrical inspector.
