    Can fans with pull swithches be installed on a wall switch
    We just bought 3 of your fans and they have pull switches and would like to know how to intall them to a wall switch.

    Assuming you have ceiling light fixtures that have wall switches you want to change out to fans, connect the black and white of the fan in place of the black and white of the light fixtures.
    The wall switch will then control the fan, as long as you have the pul chain to one of the on positions, low, medium, or high speed.

    If you have no ceiling outlets and need to install all the wiring including the wall switch, that is a bit more work, and depending on the construction of the home, may be a challenge.

    Electricity is a great friend and it's benefits are practically unlimited but if you're unsure about wiring it can also be a killer.
    Call an electrician. It will be an added expense but your fans will work and it just might save your life.
