30" oven with convection, what amp do I need

Getting a double convection 30" ovens and need to know whether I need one or two
circuit breakers for it and if so what size?

You need to check the rating of it. It should be on a plate on the oven. Post back with it. We need the volts and the amps or watts.

The plate says 7.1 KW, does that help?

You will need one 40 amp 240 breaker, it is a 7.1kw oven.
