Attempts to obtain copy of my transcript from a well know online graduate school have failed so far.

I know the school is required to provide the transcript, but what governing body oversees such matters. Or what law could I mention. Do not want to sit ideally by any longer.

Requested transcript by fax, on their official request form, provided Credit card info for fee, two weeks ago. Letter stated 5 business days to process which makes it long overdue.

Calling and emailing has provided no explanation either, just more frustration.
