This sounds like a homework question. Your question is so extremely specific that it sounds like it came from a list of questions having to do with a lab you did or were supposed to do. Probably best to ask your classmates, teacher, or you could try googling it. This website is more for people who want to talk about something or are asking out of curiousity, not just to do people's homework.
