How do i get my child tp speak and every body says that she is specail or is it that i am not doing the right thing.

What do you mean special? What do they think is so "Special", as i'm assuming you mean the menally challenged way? Pleace correct me if i'm worng.

What have you tried to do to teach her to speak??

How old is she??

I agree, we need to know her age and what the folks meant by "special" That term can have the opposite definition under certain circumstances.

As far as that special comment. What I have learned about comparing kids to others is that it is just like comparing apples to oranges. But like others said you need to be more specific because my son's teacher call him their little special kid because he is so well mannered and well behaved (at school). lol
