How do I freely move images around in Dreamweaver?

Now, I'm no expert at using Dreamweaver and I do hope that someone comes along eventually who really does know how to use it. But, in the meantime until someone does come along, there seems to be quite a few free tutorials on how to use it on the following links.

I do tables. With tables you can get images wherever you want them. If you don't like tables, then check into using Layers.

Use AP Div in layout objects .
