I have a 1 1/2 year old Malamute/Lab mix. 103 lbs. My gentle giant. This past Sunday (early) afternoon he way stung on the nose by a wasp (he was trying to catch it). He didn't display any health conflicts due to the sting (labored breathing, etc). So what he is suddenly going through may be purely coincidental, but here goes.....
I was vaccuming the carpet in my living room, later that Sunday afternoon. I started to vaccum my livingroom carpet (I let my dogs in when it is too hot or too cold-and they are used to all household noises) my dog walked right up to the vaccum cleaner, in front of me, lifted his leg...and let loose. I was in utter disbelief (my dog has been completely house broken for well over a year...no accidents)! The next day...he did it again, but this time a BM. Along with his "accidents" he has started to take things off of my counters and tables. He is a very tall dog so it's not some acribatic act to do this...but he has never done this before. I am absolutely baffled. He has been such an awesome dog, never an ounce of issues of any kind...am I wrong to link this to the wasp sting? It's completely out of the blue and I am at a loss...Please help!!! All suggestions and/or guesses welcomed!
