Weak Back legs

I have a dog named Jake, and he is a bull mastiff, pitt bull mix. He is a big dog and he is getting old. I noticed his back legs are giving a bit of a problem. When he lays down for a while and gets up his legs get weak and shakey. I was wondering what me and my family should do to help. Hes a great dog and is part of the family. Hes the brother i never had and the son my parents never had. If it gets worse and everything, is there any way we could like get him hind leg wheels? I saw this on another dog before but it was on a small dauchound. We would hate to put him to sleep for hind leg problems. Please help we love Jake!

First of all you should start him with a vet check and let them see what is going on. Yes, There are wheel carts for large dogs that can be bought or made.
