| Whether or not you have carpet you'll need the enzyme cleaner to clean up where they went in the house. We can't smell it but they can. That's why that cleaner is so important. If you catch your dogs going in the house, clap your hands or make some kind of a distracting noise so they stop going and take them right back outside. You have to be consistent and patient. Give them LOTS of praise when they do go outside, immediately after they go. If you wait until you get inside you just gave them treats for coming in the house. Also make sure you're letting them out after eating, naps and playtimes (the times they will almost always need to go).
On a side note, you should really find a way to get your dogs fixed. It prevents a lot of health issues down the road and then you don't end up with unplanned puppies. |
