dog is throwing up mucus and stool is all blood

Igot a chihuahua yesterday afternoon the woman told me he was almost a year old when i got him home he started dry heaving like and throwing up mucus then this morning I went to the bathroom to let him out and there was blood on the floor which was his stool what am I supposed to do I have no money to take him to the vet this isnt a nerve problem is it? he won't eat and may sometimes drink a little water to only throw it back up. someone help me please

If he has much of a chance, he really needs to be seen by a vet. Sadly it sounds like a lot of the parvo cases that we hear of.

I would contact the person you bought her from. It does sound like parvo. She needs to see a vet. Try talking to the person you bought her from most likely there is nothing she will do but it's worth contacting her. Also becareful with the dog around other animals!
