My Staff is such a fussy eater & sometimes wont eat at all

Help! My Staffishire Bull Terrier puppy is such a fussy eater, I used to mix his food half tinned meat half dried but after a week of one type of food he would go off it. I have been informed dry feed is best but he woudlnt eat it, I mixed in real chicken but he eat the chicken and spat out the dry feed, now he wont eat his dry food at all

I really dont know what to feed him?
