Something's wrong with my dog?

I just got a new puppy on christmas..she was born on halloween...so she's almost 4 months old...she just started getting theese pimple things all over her, they itch really bad, and she is starting to lose her hair, she needs to go to a vet but does anyone have any idea what's wrong?

We took her to the vet today, Something has weakened her ammune system, And every dog has theese mites on them, but the weakening of the amune system made her skin have a reaction to the mites. They said she should get better because shes a puppy and still getting stronger.

So, she has demodex? Is that what they told you? Great that you have an answer.
Just keep on top of it, it is treatable but you must be prudent with what ever treatment your vet decides on.
And she is still young, so please have her spayed, this too will help.

Hmmm sounds about right they juss said it once talking amungst themselves...but i think so, they gave me promeris to put on her, and theese pills she hass to take 2 a day, And fish oil to strengthen her skin. she has stopped the scratching for the most part.
