My puppy has all of a sudden lost his appetite, hes a 12 week old South African Boerboel and i bought him from a friend two weeks ago. When he first came he was eating a lot then on Sunday(two days ago) after i gave him a wash three hours later he became very depressed looking and didnt want to eat anything. Hes not playing with my other puppy, occasionally he shows signs of happiness but hes mostly just sleeping and not wanting to eat. I usually feed my dogs kibbles but he wont eat those he would rather have meat chunks or milk.... Please help me because its worrying me, im yet to take him to the vet for he's checkup but hes due for his first one on the 15th of August When hes exactly 12 weeks old.

HI Mike' At the moment i would give him what ever he will take( within reason )

It might be a good idea to take him to the vets a little early, phone and explain that he's not well and your worried i'm sure they'll be fine.

Yes take it to the vet i dont want to scare you or anything but my puppy the same way and found out it had Parvo the earlier you get the dog checked the better. My dog just got back from vet yesterday
