    Sick chihuahua
    Thursday my 3 year old chihuahua throw up two times and now will not eat but is drinking water. She is not active at all she is just laying around. She feels like she is running a temperature. She is licking her nose a lot and is just not herself. It is Saturday and no vets are open I really need advice.

    If she's been sick since Thursday and is running a temperature you have got to find an emergency clinic - she's been sick for 48 hours now and with a small dog this is nothing to fool around with.

    Might be serious, might not.

    I took her to the vet on Saturday and they put her on an antibotic but it is now Monday and she has still not eaten so I am taking her back today. I love my dog like she is my child. I hope they can find out what is going on with her. Right now they think it was a raw hide chew that I got her for her birthday, They say that they have things in them that can poison their system, so if you give your dog (Dingo) raw hide chew toys I would recommend stopping them right away. Thanks
