My puppy will not eat anything that I give him. He wont touch any of the dog foods I have tried and he wont even drink his water. I got him to eat some baby food and he seemed to like that, but he wont touch anything else. I don't know what is wrong with him or how to make him better.

However, it sounds like it is time to see the veterinarian. Lack of water is way more dangerous, in the short term, than lack of food.
